Booking terms
In force as of August 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern bookings of stays in the furnished tourist accommodation offered on hotel-stanislas-nancy.fr. Any booking implies their acceptance.
2. Booking & payment
Booking is made online by selecting the dates and then paying immediately by bank card through our secure provider Stripe. The booking is confirmed once payment is received; a confirmation is sent by email.
3. Prices & tourist tax
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, per night and per accommodation (2 guests maximum). The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of booking. The tourist tax (3-star furnished accommodation, per adult and per night) is added to the total and itemised separately; minors under 18 are exempt.
4. Arrival & departure
Arrival from 15 h (self check-in via a secure key box), departure by 11 h at the latest. The accommodation hosts 2 people maximum, unless prior written agreement.
5. Cancellation & amendment
Except for specific conditions displayed at the time of booking:
- Full refund in the event of cancellation up to the day before the arrival date.
- No refund on the arrival day or after, nor in the event of no-show.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 12° du Code de la consommation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specified date. The booking is therefore firm as soon as it is confirmed, subject to the cancellation conditions above.
7. Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to enjoy the premises peacefully, to respect the neighbours and the house rules, and to return the accommodation in good condition. Parties and events are prohibited. Any damage may be charged.
8. Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or of the guest's own actions. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.
9. Complaints & applicable law
Any complaint may be sent to location-nancy@outlook.fr; we undertake to reply as soon as possible. These terms are governed by French law.
