Data controller

• Booking: first name, surname, e-mail, telephone, dates and party composition (number of adults/children).
• Payment: processed directly by Stripe; we store no bank card data.
• Technical: browsing data strictly necessary for the site to function.

Purposes & legal basis

The data is used to process your booking and to contact you about it (performance of the contract), to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and to ensure the proper functioning of the site (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the providers required for the booking: Beds24 (booking management and availability synchronisation) and Stripe (payment). It is never sold.

Retention period

Booking data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then archived in accordance with the statutory time limits (in particular accounting limits: 10 years for supporting documents).

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them: location-nancy@outlook.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary technical elements (and, where the app is installed, the application's local storage) are used.
